Refund Policy

Draft. This policy describes how the site works today and is being reviewed before final publication. Items marked “PENDING” are still being decided. Questions? Contact us.

How to ask for a refund, and what happens to your access. The refund window is still being finalised.

The short version

You can ask for a refund within [PENDING: refund window in days] of your purchase. Send a refund request with the email address you used at checkout. No long explanations needed, though we'd value knowing what didn't work for you.

How it works

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
  • What happens to your access after a refund: [PENDING: whether a full refund ends access to the product]
  • If a file is broken or you can't access something you bought, that's our problem to fix, not a refund question: contact us and we'll sort it out first.

Purchases in the EU and UK

When you buy digital content that is available immediately, consumer law in some countries lets you waive the usual 14-day withdrawal period once you start accessing it. [PENDING: legal wording for the EU/UK withdrawal right]

One-time payments

Our products are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions that renew automatically, so there's nothing to cancel.
