Read and share the essays freely with a link. Products you buy are for your own use. Access is tied to the email you paid with. The content is educational, not professional advice.

About these terms

These terms apply when you use Modern Philosophers, run by [PENDING: legal name of the business] ("we"). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

  • You're welcome to read, link to and quote short parts of our essays with credit and a link.
  • Don't try to break, overload, scrape at scale or gain unauthorised access to the site or other people's accounts.

Your account

  • You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email; there are no passwords. Keep access to your email secure.
  • Your purchases are linked to the email address you used at checkout.

Buying products

  • Prices are shown on each product page, in the currency shown, as one-time payments. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • After payment, the product appears in your library once the payment is confirmed (usually within a minute or two).
  • Lifetime access means access for as long as the product is offered and we operate the service. Fixed-term access lasts for the number of days shown on the product page.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

What you can do with products

Products are licensed to you for personal use. You may use templates and exercises in your own work. You may not resell, share, republish or redistribute the files or their contents. For team, classroom or commercial use, contact us first.

Educational content, not advice

Essays and products share ideas about focus, thinking and building. They are educational and reflect our views and experience. They are not professional advice (financial, legal, medical, psychological or otherwise). Use your own judgement, and consult a qualified professional for decisions that need one. Results depend on you; we don't guarantee any particular outcome.

Our content

The essays, products, design and brand belong to us. Linking and short quotations with credit are welcome; anything more needs our permission.

Availability

We work to keep the site available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or retire products; if you've bought one, you keep access as described above.
